Purpose of the association
The association exists to connect, support and represent the interests of limousine drivers in Switzerland. It strengthens the community, encourages exchange and promotes professionalism within the industry.
These Regulations govern the conduct and principles of the members of the «Fly Limousine – Verein für Limousinenfahrer» association. They supplement the Articles of Association and apply to all members.

All members commit to respectful, professional and dignified conduct. The association values mutual respect, reliability, a well-groomed appearance and responsible behaviour.
Members conduct themselves at all times in a courteous, respectful, helpful and collegial manner. Disrespectful behaviour, insults or discrimination will not be tolerated. Members represent the association and maintain a well-groomed, clean and professional appearance.
Members maintain personal hygiene, a well-groomed appearance and a professional demeanour at all association activities and gatherings.
Members commit to responsible conduct on the road and throughout all association activities. Punctual attendance at association events, driver meetings and training sessions is expected.
Members are expected to take part regularly in driver meetings, training sessions and association events. This strengthens the community and helps to maintain quality standards.
Order and cleanliness apply throughout all association premises. Smoking is not permitted. Gambling, as well as bringing food or drink without the board's consent, is prohibited.
The association does not allocate vehicles, arrange rides or provide clients. Each member is independently responsible for their own business activities. The association accepts no liability for individual professional activities.
In the event of breaches of these Regulations, the board may take the following measures: a verbal warning, a written warning, temporary exclusion from events, or expulsion from the association. Serious breaches may lead directly to expulsion.
These Regulations take effect immediately. By signing, all members confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the Regulations.
