Training for chauffeurs
Practical courses in health, safety, law and service — organised and offered to members at reduced cost.
Our training is built entirely around the daily reality of the limousine chauffeur.
As an association, we bring together courses and training that are often hard to access or costly on your own. In this way, every member benefits from high-quality training at preferential rates.
The topics range from road safety, first aid and self-defence to customer service, law and language. The programme keeps evolving.
Our fields of training
Health & First Aid
Long drives, irregular hours and hours of sitting take their toll on the body. Our health courses cover ergonomics, movement, eating well on the road and managing stress. Alongside this, we offer regular first-aid refresher sessions.
Self-Defence & De-escalation
Chauffeurs are often on their own — late at night, or with passengers they have never met. This course teaches de-escalation techniques, a confident presence and simple, effective self-defence for the moments that matter.
Road Safety
On the training track we practise braking, evasive manoeuvres and handling wet or icy roads. The goal is an assured, defensive driving style that protects passengers and vehicle alike — and underlines your professionalism.
Customer Service & Etiquette
Premium transport lives in the details: the welcome, discretion, handling demanding guests and international etiquette. This workshop sharpens the instinct for first-class service.
Law & Insurance
Which permits do I need? How am I insured? What applies in the event of an accident or a dispute with a passenger? Experts explain the legal foundations of the chauffeur's profession clearly and with a practical eye.
Language & Communication
At Zurich Airport, passengers arrive from every corner of the world. Short, practical language sessions (English and more) help you communicate with ease and warmth.
