Art. 1 — Name and registered office
Under the name "Fly Limousine Verein" there exists an association within the meaning of Art. 60 et seq. ZGB, with its registered office in the Zurich Airport region.
The Articles of Association form the legal basis of the «Fly Limousine – Verein für Limousinenfahrer» association under Art. 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code (ZGB). They came into force on 22.05.2026.
Under the name "Fly Limousine Verein" there exists an association within the meaning of Art. 60 et seq. ZGB, with its registered office in the Zurich Airport region.
The association promotes the training, safety and health of limousine chauffeurs, nurtures the network of its members and represents their shared interests. The association is not-for-profit.
Membership is open to individuals and businesses working in limousine or chauffeur services. The board decides on admission.
Members pay an annual fee, the amount of which is set by the general assembly.
The bodies of the association are the general assembly, the board and the auditors.
The general assembly is the supreme body. It elects the board, approves the annual accounts and budget, and resolves on amendments to the statutes.
The board conducts the affairs of the association, organises its activities and represents it to the outside world. It comprises at least three members.
The general assembly decides on the dissolution of the association. Any remaining assets shall be devoted to a charitable purpose.
